- While we ask the borrower to provide 20% of the purchase price at closing, some loans may not require as much.
- While we seek borrowers with a 640 credit score, some loans can be closed with a lower score.
- We lend in solid, decent, stable neighborhoods. We do not lend in areas with high rates of crime or vandalism.

- We evaluate your deal in person. We travel all over Ohio. If we think it is a loan we can fund - we'll shake hands and close your loan quickly.
